We currently bind several hundred customers' theses and dissertations annually, not just for UEA students but also for students of other universities in the UK and Europe. Customers can send there texts to us as physical copies printed out (recommended for all local customers) or in electronic format on CD/DVD or as files via the internet.  We are happy to quote prices for binding theses in the style required by any academic institution.  A student checklist is available on this site and it should be used before ordering. 

Organizing Your Thesis Binding.    Not all of our customers are able to bring their thesis to us for binding themselves.  Sometimes they arrive by post or courier or even from abroad either as physical paper pages or in various digital formats.  In addition we are able to collect theses for binding locally from UEA; IFR and JIC.  We can deliver soft bound examination copies of  theses to the University of East Anglia; John Innes Centre or the Institute of Food Research. There is usually no charge for this collection or delivery service if we are dealing with the customer in person. There will be a delivery charge if we are delivering a thesis/dissertation received from a remote location on a customer's behalf (see prices).  Bound volumes can be returned to customers unable to collect them either by post or courier subject to a charge for post and packing.

What You Need To Do.  If you need to you can telephone or E-mail first to discuss your requirements.  It is advisable to read the check list before filling out the order form.  If you know your submission date and the estimated date for the completion of your work your thesis can be booked in with us.  Once a booking has been made with us we guarantee to complete the binding by the agreed date.  When we are busy we give priority to those theses and dissertations that have been booked in advance.  We will always try to fit in anybody who arrives unannounced with their work but cannot guarantee to do so.  

Normally you need to allow 3 to 5 working days for your thesis to be bound.  We are usually able to bind a thesis in 24 hours or over a weekend when they are needed urgently.  We may make an additional charge for this rapid service.  Do not panic if you are delayed.  This happens quite often and all we ask is that you keep us informed.  We have a 100% record for completing our binding on time (even if it means working through the night!).
